Exchange Policy

Our aim at Estelar Cosmetics India Pvt Ltd is providing you with the best shopping experience.

Estelar Cosmetics is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

In case of damage-product issue at the time of delivery, we will exchange the product. We need you to email us within 24 hours of delivery. You email us at support@estelarcosmetics.com.

Exchange of products will only be considered if the product received is in damaged condition and subject to the following terms:

•            Compulsory unboxing video required to verify any damage claim.

•            Claims must be raised within 48 business hours from the time of delivery. Failing to do so will result in rejection of the claim.

•            Exchanged requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Estelar Cosmetics.

•            Damages due to the user's mishandling by any means will not be covered under this Policy.

Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-10 business days. Estelar Cosmetics reserves all rights for Replacement/Returns/Refunds.
